Philanthropy Spotlight: Wounded Warrior Project

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is a non-profit organization that is a veteran service organization that offers various programs, services and events for wounded veterans of the military actions following September 11, 2001.

The Wounded Warrior Project's mission is to honor and empower Wounded Warriors. This organization wants to foster the most successful, well adjusted generation of wounded service members in our Nation's history. WWP raises awareness and enlist the public's aid for the needs of injured service members, helps injured service members aid and assist each other, and provides unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members.

Little Problems believes strongly in WWP and sees the benefits of the organization. Little Problems got involved with when the creator of Little Problems personally saw the effects of WWP. The creators boyfriends was deployed to Afghanistan and one of the men on that team was injured; he had both legs from the knee down amputated. When the rest of the team returned home they were welcomed by the injured member of the team with two prosthetic legs. These prosthetic legs were given to him through the WWP.

Little Problems gives back to WWP by donating a portion of the proceeds from merchandise. Since Little Problems has started to give to WWP, we have been able to donate hundreds of dollars with the total ever rising.

If you would like to give back to a wonderful organization check out our website and spoil your big or little with some of our merchandise.
